General Cooperation Model

Revetta OÜ operates as a B2B supplier.

We supply products to partners, who independently sell them to end customers through their own sales channels.

The partner fully manages product assortment, pricing, and customer service.

Revetta does not interact with end customers.

Orders

Minimum order amount:

• standard — 100 €
• initial stage — from 30 €

Orders are placed through our managers using communication channels convenient for the partner (email, messengers, etc.).

Pricing and Payment

All prices are wholesale (B2B) prices and are shown excluding VAT.

One product may have multiple offers with different prices and delivery times.

The partner independently chooses the most suitable option.

No additional service fees apply.

Payment terms:

• at the initial stage — prepayment
• later — deferred payment may be granted

Logistics and Delivery

Products arrive at the Revetta warehouse from warehouses located in different European countries.

After arrival, the goods are shipped to the partner’s warehouse.

The delivery time shown in the XML refers to the delivery time to the Revetta warehouse.

Delivery is handled via Venipak.

Delivery cost:

• paid by the partner
• free within Estonia for orders over 300 €

Returns

Cooperation is carried out in a B2B format.

The partner acts as the seller to the end customer and is independently responsible for compliance with applicable legal requirements, including the handling of returns.

Returns to the Revetta warehouse are not provided.

Warranty

The warranty provided by Revetta OÜ is 1 year.

If an authorized service center is available for the product, the partner works with it directly.

In other cases, Revetta assists in handling warranty claims.

Standard resolution procedure: repair → replacement → refund.

After the warranty period ends, further service is the responsibility of the partner.

Main regions of operation:

• Baltics
• Scandinavia

Delivery across Europe is also possible.

Start of Cooperation

No separate contract is required to start cooperation.

Cooperation is carried out on the basis of invoices and is governed by EU legislation.
